I had the best experience yesterday of my life. I have been in a wheelchair for over 30 years and never met as many loving and caring people that I met yesterda at A & J mobility. They were very welcoming. I was introduced everybody at the shop. They gave a tour of the facility, and showed me the newest technology as far as adaptive equipment. They made you feel so comfortable while there. Had a short wait while the technician finished up the installation. Offered refreshments. I can not speak more highly of this group of people. I thankful to have met everyone here and you had a customer for life! Show Less

We bought a used accessible van from A&J Mobility in DePere WI on 11/25/2024, "winter in NE Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan". WE bought the Van sowe could get my mother who no longer can walk out of her assisted living facility for dinner, family gatherings and even just for a ride. Salesman was very nice, and the van worked fine for our needs until summer arrived. On the first hot day in the summer, we turned on the air conditioner and were surprised it didn't work. For the first 6 months there was no need to cool the van down but now it was a must for my mother. I took it to the local Crysler dealer to see what was wrong and they said there was a bad custom cooling line that was leaking, and we would need it replaced where we bought the van. When I talked to the service manager, he was nice but wasn't sure it could be done. He called me a day or two later and said it would cost me over $3,000 to have it repaired. He said his manager said there's only a one-month warranty on used vans, so they weren't responsible even though there was no way we could have known within a month during the winter that the air never worked. Basically, pay or enjoy the heat, no offer to split the cost, or we can do it at our cost to help you out, nope just screw you! Needless to say, the customer comes last with these guys as far as I'm concerned! Unhappy customer! Show Less
Fabulous experience! My husband was recently do with ALS and we were pretty much stuck in the house. So we rented a Van to do the recent ALS walk in WI. WhenI got the Van home and my husband settled into the van, the joy in his face and attitude was so refreshing. The team at A&J was truly caring and friendly and will definitely be using their services again. We will also be looking into possibly purchasing a disability van from them in the near future.
