This is not a regular dealership job

At most shops, the work repeats: oil, brakes, tires, next car. At A&J, no two work orders look alike. One bay has a minivan getting a lowered-floor inspection; the next has a pickup with a turning swivel-seat being installed; the next has an electronic driving system being calibrated for a driver who steers with a joystick. Our technicians are factory-trained on the mobility equipment and handle full mechanical work, so the variety never flattens out — and neither does the learning. We invest in our employees with certifications and manufacturer training from partners like BraunAbility, Adapt Solutions and Bruno, to name only a few.

The work, role by role

  • Mobility technicians install and repair wheelchair lifts, ramps, kneeling systems, hand controls and high-tech driving electronics — alongside the brakes, suspensions and diagnostics of full vehicle service. Do I need mobility industry experience to apply?

No. Most of our team came from general automotive, collision or other trades. If you have the mechanical foundation and care about doing work that matters, we train the mobility side — including factory certification programs.

Where is A&J hiring?
