125 miles per rental day are included. Additional mileage after the included 125 miles per rental day is just 30 cents a mile.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted prior to 14 days from the date of the rental. Cancellations after 14 days will be charged the deposit, unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing.

Rental Requirements

  • Minimum Driver age of 25 years old. 
  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • Proper insurance coverage (Liability, comprehensive and collision coverage which includes coverage for driving a rental vehicle).
  • Valid Credit Card

Pickup & Return Time 

Pickup times are 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays. 

Return times are 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Cleaning Fee 

Renter will be assessed a cleaning fee if van requires more than routine cleaning (washing & vacuuming) when returned. 

ALL RENTAL VANS ARE NON-SMOKING($300 minimum clean-up fee for rentals that are smoked in).

Animal Policy 

No pets are allowed; service animals welcome.

Rental Deposit

50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Visa, Master Card or Discover will be accepted for deposit.

Delivery Charges

Delivery available to all major airports. Delivery/Pickup charges are a minimum of $75.00. Charges will vary depending on location and times, so please call for a specific quote.

Fuel Charges

Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas and should be returned with a full tank. Any vehicle returned short of a full tank will result in a charge for the cost of filling the tank, plus a refueling surcharge of $20.00.

Limited Availability Specialty Vehicle

A full-size Ford Transit with a rear-entry lift for rent is a need our customers have been asking for. When we searched for availability, the closest comparable vehicle for rent was roughly 400 miles away. We decided to add this specialty vehicle to our already robust rental fleet for our customers who have been asking for a solution for long trips and added comfort for multiple wheelchairs. To make this possible, we have a minimum 7-day rental period, and the Ford Transit must be rented out of Valders, WI. These minor limitations allow us to give this unique offering the care and attention a rental vehicle like this requires. We hope you enjoy this new opportunity.

Rates are subject to change without notice. These rates do not include applicable taxes. Weekend rentals are from Friday until Monday. Pick up times are Monday - Thursday 1:30pm – 5:30pm and Friday 1:30pm – 5:00pm. Return times are Monday - Friday 8:00am – 9:30am. We are closed on all legal holidays. We are AVR (Accessible Van Rental). We conveniently have 5 locations: Valders, Green Bay, Madison, Eau Claire and Richfield, Wisconsin. Our rentals offer only the best modified vehicles. All vehicles can accommodate power wheelchairs and scooters.
