My wheelchair lift that puts my chair in my van behind the driver seat would not go up or down. My chair and I were in the car so had no way to get out until th lift lowered the chair. I called A&J Mobility in McFarland, where the lift was purchased and installed, and told them it was an emergency and I was trapped in my car. Their response was that they could get me an appointment in 4 to 6 weeks!!! My wife was able to lift the wheelchair out of the van and then we determined that two connectors that supplied power to the up/down portion of the lift had disconnected. My wife fixed the problem in less than five minutes!!! Show Less

I have a new view of A&J mobility. After my mom passed away, they bought the van back. We had purchased the extended warranty. We are supposed to get the remainder of that warranty back. After trying since May to get the refund, we have made numerous calls and sent numerous emails. All have been ignored and/or brushed off. After this second dealing with them, I don't recommend buying from A&J. Show Less
