I highly recommend A & J Mobility! Andrew and Jim went out of thier way to install an electric custom mobility seat to replace one of our seats in our SUV to enure my elderly mother has the capability to allow her to age in her home and get out and about should her mobility decline with age. AJ Mobility salesman Greg has been a solid 5 during my 5+ years with their selling a Joey Lift for my van and trading in my 2020 Toyota Sienna for a 2025 same mke and model side entry van for my electric wheelchair. Toyota had some hiccups as the van on my first PO was delayed 3 months for a recalled part so Toyota located another identical Van to convert and delivered it 3 months later in March of ‘26 instead of December of ‘25. Greg kept me informed of the changes and called me numerous times with updates without me asking. New van was a big change from old Vav due to it being a hybrid and numerous technical upgrades in driver assisted features plus new ones. Greg was on top of all the changes and helped explain over multiple sessions how to setup and use features as this 81 year old needed extra time to absorb it all. All new cars have issues and this Sienna has twice been back to dealer for a new steering wheel and a software upgrade that caused some features to not work. AJ M. had two small issues, two cables that had exposed wires that were fixed with electrical tape and dirty inside windows that required a redo on detailing inside. I did purchase the extra warranty for the conversion part of van so expect the extra tape on chair cables should be covered as long as I’m driving this van. Overall I’m satisfied with AJ Mobility’s performance in Sales, top notch and Service, willing to fix or repair what wasn’t done correctly initially. Show Less
We had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable and helpful. I wasn’t sure how my mom would feel about the transition o a wheelchair and a mobility van but Greg made it so easy and is such a kind person he instantly won her over and had her smiling. She loves her new van. He even helped coordinate the right sized wheelchair. Excellent! Show Less
