PUBLIC NOTICE- A & J Vans, Inc. – Valders, Wisconsin
In accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation, set forth in 49 C.F.R. Part 26, A&J Vans, Inc. hereby notifies the public that it is proposing the following Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (“DBE”) goal for applicable procurement contract during FY 2025, beginning October 1st, 2024 and ending September 30th, 2025.
The overall total DBE goal for Fiscal Year 2025 is 2.10%. Information pertaining to this goal and a description of how it was determined will be available for inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time) at A&J Vans, Inc. (US) 333 West Washington Street, Valders, Wisconsin, 54245 for 30 calendar days following the date of publication of this notice. Written comments on this goal will be accepted for 45 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
