Shift-N-Step option for curbside service for both wheelchair and ambulatory passengers
One of the difficulties of side entry is being able to load and unload ambulatory passengers while the lift is in the way. Shift-N-Step makes it more accessible. Simply pushing the button, the lift shifts out of the way, creating an open walkway with handles on the side, allowing the ambulatory passengers to walk right in. The Shift-N-Step becomes a great option if you need to get both wheelchair and ambulatory passengers into the same vehicle. You or your driver no longer needs to worry about loading wheelchair passengers from the back and ambulatory from the side, allowing you to offer curbside pickup no-matter-what.
Double Foldaway Seats
Double foldaway seats allow you to modify the number of wheelchair users and ambulatory passengers on the fly. Very similar to ones on buses and other vehicles. Very easy to use, a tab on the side brings it down, and another lever at the rear brings it back up. The double foldaway seat adds two ambulatory positions instead of a wheelchair position.
