Pork Shoulder (.5 lb per person)
Bread (Toasted)
Refried Beans Avocado (Sliced)

1/2 White Onion (Chopped)
4 oz. Jalapeno Peppers (Diced)
8 Roma Tomatoes (Quartered)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic
1 Cup Water
6 oz. Tomato Paste
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp Salt (to Taste)
Juice of 1 Lemon
