Directions

Roast 24 oz. of cashews at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl add 2 tsp. of brown sugar.

1 tsp. of salt.

2 tsp. rosemary.

1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper.

Mix the dry ingredients well.

Add 2 Tbsp. melted butter.

Add the roasted cashews to the bowl while they are still hot. This helps the mix to stick to the cashews.
