This easy and delicious recipe is great for snacking or even as a gift. The roasted rosemary flavor adds something extra to this snack.
Directions
  1. Roast 24 oz. of cashews at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl add 2 tsp. of brown sugar.
  3. 1 tsp. of salt.
  4. 2 tsp. rosemary.
  5. 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper.
  6. Mix the dry ingredients well.
  7. Add 2 Tbsp. melted butter.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Add the roasted cashews to the bowl while they are still hot. This helps the mix to stick to the cashews.
  10. Mix well and enjoy.
