If you are looking for quick, easy, and delicious, this dish is for you. It only contains a few solid ingredients; your prep time is minimal. While the recipe says to cut the steak into six portions, feel free to modify that based on who you are feeding. Four portions are just fine. Hungry? Cut the round steak into two 1 lb. steaks. 2 lb. round steak cut 3/4-inch thick
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms

Cut steak into serving-size pieces; season and place in a slow cooker. Sprinkle with onion and mushrooms and pour tomatoes overall. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 4 hours. Serves 6.
