This is a delicious summer favorite. It will serve 12 as a meal or 16 as a side.
 
Boil water for rotini pasta
Cook rotini pasta according to package directions
Drain rotini pasta
6 oz salami sliced
5 oz pepperoni halved
20 oz cherry tomatoes halved
1 English cucumber diced
8.25 oz black olives sliced
1 - 9.5 oz jar of kalamata olives pitted & halved
1 - 12 oz jar roasted red peppers chopped
1 red onion diced
16 oz fresh mozzarella pearls
3 Tbsp dried parsley
Make the Italian dressing
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
6 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp mayo
2 garlic cloves grated using a zester
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried basil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Shake until combined
Add pasta to a large mixing bowl
Drain all ingredients (except dressing) & add to mixing bowl
Add dressing
Stir until mixed
Serve & enjoy
