This is a great Thanksgiving recipe. This killer side is melty, gooey, and oh so cheesy, plus this recipe reheats exceptionally well. Expect this one to go fast.
Ingredients
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 10.5 oz. can of cream of chicken soup
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 Tbsp garlic salt
- 32 oz. frozen hash browns
- 24 oz. cheddar brick cheese shredded
Directions
- In a large bowl combine ingredients, except 8 oz. of cheese
- Pour into non-greased 13x9 baking dish
- Bake covered 40 minutes at 350 degrees
- Remove from oven and top with remaining 8 oz. of cheese
- Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese is nicely melted
