Wheelers Online Reservations
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are permitted prior to 14 days from the date of the rental. Cancellations after 14 days will be charged the deposit, unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing.
- Rental Requirements
- Minimum Driver age of 25 years old.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proper insurance coverage (comprehensive collision coverage which includes coverage for driving a rental vehicle).
- Valid Credit Card
- Rental Deposit
- 50% deposit required to confirm reservation
- Visa, Master Card, or check will be accepted for deposit.
- Delivery Charges
- Delivery available to all major airports. Delivery/Pickup charges are a minimum of $75.00. Charges will vary depending on location and times, so please call for a specific quote
- Fuel Charges
- Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas and should be returned with a full tank. Any vehicle returned short of a full tank will result in a charge for the cost of filling the tank, plus a refueling surcharge of $20.00.
Rates
- Van Rentals Per Day
- 1-2 days = $110.00
- 3-6 days = $95.00
- 7–13 days = $ 85.00
- 14-29 days = $80.00
- Weekend rate = $195.00
- 30+ days = Call for Quote (800-596-4366)
- 125 free miles a day and 30 cents after 125 miles per day.
- Rates are subject to change without notice. These rates do not include applicable taxes. Weekend rentals are from Friday until Monday. Normal Business Hours are from 8am to 5pm (M-F) We are closed on all legal holidays.
- We are Wheelers of Wisconsin / Accessible Van Rentals. We conveniently have 4 locations: Valders, Madison and Eau Claire and Richfield, Wisconsin.
- We have been servicing the Wisconsin mobility business for 32 years. Our rentals offer only the best modified vehicles. All vehicles can accommodate power wheelchairs and scooters.

- We provide new lowered floor Mini-Vans with power doors and ramps. Full size vans based on availability.

- Front and rear air conditioning and heating.
- AM/FM Cassettes & CD Players.
- Removable front passenger seat.
- Manual wheelchair tie downs.
- Full size Fords with dropped floors & power doors with fully automatic wheelchair lift. (Call for Availability)
- Our vans are modified according to the recommendations and guidelines of The National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA). Knowledgeable staff is available to demonstrate use of the adaptive features that insure safe and comfortable transportation.
